Sometimes when we find language for what we are experiencing, something inside of us settles. It’s a “yes, that’s it” moment of clarity.

Hi Instagram friends,

First of all, this is my husband. As you can see, he’s excited because we’re going to have a baby! After experiencing RPL (recurrent pregnancy loss) this gift is incredibly welcomed by me as well.

Right before I found out I was pregnant, I had all the plans to learn this Instagram thing and make connections. However, navigating pregnancy, prioritizing my health, and meeting with my current clients quickly became my main focus.

Right now I’m engaging in the process of CLARIFYING my values (big transitions often ask this of us). Through this process, I will most likely be making some changes to my practice in the coming year.
